​​​​​​​Join us for a “Collab Chat”, featuring Catherina Malone-Taylor of the Black Mental Health Guide. Recent Collab conversations brought forward the critical need to connect Black and Brown communities to culturally competent mental health resources. This includes the need to support mental health professionals. The Black Mental Health Guide provides Black mental health professionals with the proper tools to gain clients and/or patients through branding, operational logistics, and community outreach. Join us for an informal gathering of Collab Members and those interested in these issues to learn more from Catherina Malone-Taylor, the founder of the Black Mental Health Guide.

Catherina Malone-Taylor BJS, MHCS, QMHP is the Founder of the Black Mental Health Guide, an accelerated organization dedicated to educating, training organizational culture behavior and mental wellness in corporate spaces. Catherina has over a decade of experience in the Mental Health/ Behavioral Health Program Development, Behavioral Health Insurance and Quality Assurance field. Catherina is the original "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusions Strategy Clinician ''- She cultivates and curates a change for large organizations in implementing "Agile Workspace" that increases the mental well-being for ALL employees. In addition, Catherina provides operational management services to independent Mental Health professionals to develop their own private practice and secure partnerships with corporations who offer these services to their teams. In the past five years, Catherina has become a strong community advocate for Mental Health professionals fair compensation. She continues to educate her clients on Insurance policies and procedures to prevent financial losses.

Catherina's mission for 2022 is to improve cultural diversity and belonging into corporations through her services, knowledge and advocacy to intentionally advance the climate that fosters inclusion excellence and equitable awareness. Creating a healthier and efficient work environment for employees who can bring their whole selves to work is a GAMECHANGER in leveraging the sustainability of their businesses.
