
Aimee is a philanthropy consultant, strategist, systems builder, and co-founder with 20+ years experience building and advising philanthropies, mission-driven organizations, and movement groups in education, human rights, and public health. Principal at Lily Pool, Aimee leads an impact consultancy specializing in scaling early and growth-stage ventures, strategic planning, research, and development. Since 2020, Aimee has organized, fundraised, researched, and lobbied for infection-associated chronic conditions. Previously, she was chief program officer at a private foundation in New York City for over a decade, following a career in international education startups. Proud founding board member of Inheritance Theater Project, a civic arts organization, she currently chairs the impact and strategy committee. Aimee earned a B.A. from American University and her Master of Public Administration and Master of Arts from New York University.
