Aleshia Howell

Aleshia Howell (she/her) is an entrepreneurship and tech education consultant and an advocate for disability inclusion. Her career spans education, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership, with a focus on using technology and storytelling to create opportunities for underserved groups. She has developed programs that help individuals and organizations embrace innovation while centering accessibility, and she has mentored emerging leaders through initiatives such as Google Women Techmakers. 

Aleshia is legally blind, and her experience navigating degenerative vision loss has fueled a desire to bring awareness to the needs of the blind and low vision community.
