Ally Bain is an Assistant Attorney General with the Disability Rights Bureau of the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. Ally also is the Ally behind “Ally’s Law” or the Restroom Access Act. She earned her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and her B.A. from Lake Forest College.
