Alyssa Freeman is an autistic playwright and disability activist from Pittsburgh, PA. She has been an invited speaker at two different Disability Summits hosted by Pennsylvania State Representatives Joe Hohenstein and Dan Miller, where she spoke about her goals to create stricter laws regarding disability accommodations in the workplace. As far as writing, her main focus is on creating stories about people with disabilities and mental health issues, and her goal is to one day create a disability owned and operated film company.
