Blair Findlay

Blair Findlay is the Community Fundraising Manager at Erika’s Lighthouse, a nonprofit dedicated to youth mental health. She leads peer-to-peer and community fundraising initiatives that empower individuals to challenge stigma and support inclusive mental health education. With over seven years of nonprofit experience in arts and healthcare philanthropy, Blair brings a deep commitment to equity, authenticity, and lived experience to her work. She holds a BA in English Professional Writing and an MA in Management from Butler University. Passionate about creating spaces where mental health conversations are normalized, Blair values collaboration, storytelling, and community connection.
