Bri Beck, LCPC, ATR is an art therapist in private practice with a niche in providing mental healthcare for the disability community. Bri enjoys supporting others in this community by providing therapy that is affirming, grounded in disability studies, and that provides space for clients to address their internalized ableism, and from this place, move forward from a place of self compassion and meaning making in their lives. Bri is active in the Chicago Disability Arts and Culture movement and enjoys facilitating spaces for disability community healing and activism through her role as an arts facilitator with Access Living. Bri is also a peer support group facilitator for Disabled students at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. In Bri's private practice, she also offers training and consulting services for therapists and healthcare organizations seeking to be more inclusive, accessible, and knowledgeable of the disability experience from a psychosocial lens.
