Chaz Kellem

Chaz Kellem serves as a Program Manager at Highmark Health's Strategic Social and Workforce Programs (S2W), dedicating his efforts to advancing inclusion and belonging. He was recently appointed to the Governor’s Advisory Commission on People with Disabilities and will serve as Chair, further demonstrating his commitment to advocating for accessibility, equity, and opportunities for individuals with disabilities. With a passion for fostering inclusive environments, Chaz leverages his educational background, which includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Edinboro University, to drive meaningful change within the organization.
