Christie Cyktor, OTD, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist, advocate, and disability leader dedicated to advancing access and equity for people with disabilities. Born with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita and a lifelong wheelchair user, Christie brings her lived experience to every facet of her professional work. She provides virtual school-based occupational therapy services and develops programs that empower youth with disabilities to build self-advocacy and leadership skills for life beyond school. 

Christie also serves in statewide leadership roles, including Chair of the Legislative Committee for the Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council and Chair of the Commission on Legislation and Advocacy for the Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association. Through her work in both practice and policy, she strives to make systems more inclusive and responsive to the communities they serve. 

Christie believes authentic representation of disabled professionals is key to driving systemic change, and she works to create pathways for others to lead alongside her.
