Elon Sloan (they/them) is a Black and queer consultant, facilitator, and artist in the Chicago area. Elon has worked for the past six years in non-profit programming with organizations such as Poetry Foundation, Resilience, and Adolescent Medicine at Lurie Children's Hospital. They have also been a facilitator for over 9 years, working with groups throughout Chicago. Recently, Elon joined the Chicago Community Trust Disabilities Fund Advisory Board. Elon's work is informed by post-colonial epistemology, constructivist pedagogy, and popular education. They're passionate about helping people and organizations uncover the processes and structures they need to move toward their goals.
