Frank is an Education and Voting Policy Analyst at Access Living. In his role, Frank monitors developments in education policy and advocates on behalf of students with disabilities. He is a member of the Special Education Advocates Coalition of Chicago and the Special Education Advisory Committee to the Attorney General. Frank earned degrees in History and Education at Dominican University and a master’s in Public Policy from Northwestern University. Prior to joining Access Living Frank coordinated internship and civic engagement opportunities for Chicago high schoolers at the nonprofit Mikva Challenge.
