Jenn Jones

Jenn Jones is an operations and project management leader with a passion for building inclusive, efficient systems that drive equity. She brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit and higher education leadership, including roles at Leadership Greater Chicago and Columbia College Chicago. Her expertise spans strategic planning, HR and finance operations, and technology implementation. Jenn is deeply committed to disability justice and brings lived experience with an acquired disability to her leadership. She is especially interested in transforming nonprofit operations to center access from the start—not as an add-on, but as a foundational value. She holds a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University, as well as a Project Management Certificate from Google. Originally from Michigan, Jenn has called the Chicagoland area home for over two decades and currently lives in Forest Park.
