Justin Tapp is a dedicated licensed social worker and equity advocate who is passionate about accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities. With experience in clinical practice, project management, and language access initiatives, Justin works to advance equitable systems within the human services sector. His professional and personal focus is on promoting disability awareness, language access, and culturally responsive practices.  

 

Outside of work, Justin enjoys painting, caring for houseplants, and spending time with his black cat, Hazel Mae. He believes that we can create a more inclusive world through research, advocacy, and evidence-based practice.
