Responsible for Illinois' seven State Operated Developmental Centers, including operations, clinical services, and transitions. Focused on ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports, protecting individual rights, and expanding opportunities for community living in alignment with IDHS-DDD's mission, the Olmstead Decree, and federal and state law.
