Samyuktha Neeraja, MPH, CAE, is a disability advocate and association leader with over 9 years of experience in chapter and affiliate relations. She currently serves as the State Association Relations Manager at the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology. As an Indian-Hindu American woman with dwarfism, she shares her story through national speaking engagements to advance inclusion and remove barriers for underrepresented communities. Samyuktha co-hosts the “A Little Perspective” podcast and serves on the Association Forum Welcoming Environment Committee. She is a 2023 Rising Star Alumni Awardee from Benedictine University, 2021 Association Forum Forty Under 40 honoree, and an American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) Scholar.
