About Ruby Garcia

Ruby Garcia is a Keynote Speaker, award-winning Leadership & Visibility Coach, and two-time Founder working at the intersection of leadership, economic mobility, and emerging technology. She is a recognized leadership expert and community builder who equips individuals and institutions to navigate the future of work with clarity, confidence, and influence.

As Founder of Ruby Garcia Coaching, she supports high-impact professionals and underestimated leaders in strengthening executive presence, strategic visibility, and personal brand positioning, especially in spaces where power, identity, and leadership intersect.

Ruby is also the Co-Founder for the Latino AI Summit, a national movement advancing representation, AI literacy, and cross-sector collaboration in artificial intelligence. Through partnership strategy and ecosystem development, she builds bridges between corporations, educational institutions, nonprofits, and community leaders to expand access and strengthen leadership pipelines in emerging technology.

A first-generation Latina with a disability, Ruby integrates lived experience with over 20 years of Fortune 500 sales leadership, training, and executive coaching. Her approach blends cultural intelligence, strategic positioning, and heart-centered leadership to help leaders stay relevant without losing their humanity.

Ruby holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Dominican University and a Master of Public Policy from National Louis University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship at UNC-Chapel Hill. She has also served as a Commissioner on the Orange County Human Rights Board and Justice in Action Committee in Chapel Hill.

Ruby believes the future of leadership must be more inclusive, more visible, and unapologetically human.
